Who should attend?

  • Academic, Business, and Government Researchers, Telecom Operators, ISPs, Policy Makers, Regulators, Representatives of International Bodies, Competition Commission, NGOs, and Consultants

  • From African countries as well as countries from other parts of the world

Deadlines for: Paper Abstracts, Suggestions for Panels, Tutorials & Seminars

  • Deadline for abstracts and panel suggestions: November 1, 2017 (Extended to December 1, 2017)

  • Notification of acceptance: December 1, 2017 (Revised to January 10, 2018)

  • Deadline for finalized papers and panels, tutorials and seminars: February 15, 2018

Submission of abstracts:

  • Abstracts should be about 2 pages (800 to 1000 words) in length and contain the following information:

  • Title of the contribution

  • A clear statement of the research question

  • Remarks on methodology adopted in the paper

  • Outline of (expected) results

  • Bibliographical notes (up to 6 main references used in the paper)

  • All abstracts will be subject to blind peer review.
